Field Documentation for Grants and Planning
Projects need base documentation before they're fundable. iVerify creates the GPS-verified site records, photo documentation, and compliance reports that grant applications require.
Why Documentation Comes First
Grant applications require evidence: site boundaries, existing conditions, infrastructure, and environmental baselines. Without this documentation, applications are incomplete or weak.
The same documentation supports PLACER community studies, municipal planning, and project feasibility work. Creating it once at the start saves time and strengthens every conversation that follows.
What iVerify Does
iVerify is a field documentation system designed for site-level data collection. It works offline, records GPS coordinates with every photo and boundary point, and generates reports formatted for grant attachments and planning submissions.
GPS-Verified Boundaries
Walk a site perimeter and capture coordinates. The system calculates acreage and creates boundary maps automatically.
Photo Documentation
Every photo is tagged with GPS coordinates, timestamp, and direction. No ambiguity about where or when images were captured.
Offline Operation
Works without cell service. Data syncs when connectivity returns. Essential for rural sites and infrastructure projects.
Report Generation
Outputs formatted reports suitable for grant attachments, PLACER studies, and municipal submissions.
Example Reports
These reports demonstrate current iVerify output. Each includes GPS boundaries, photo documentation, and site analysis.
Supporting PLACER and Community Studies
PLACER community planning work requires documented starting points: where are the parcels, what exists now, what infrastructure is in place. iVerify creates this inventory at the site level.
For municipal projects, housing development sites, and infrastructure planning, the documentation produced by iVerify becomes the factual foundation that funding conversations build on.
Current Status
iVerify is functional now. The core capabilities—GPS boundary capture, photo documentation, offline operation, and report generation—are working and in use.
Active Development
Additional features and refinements are ongoing. The platform handles current documentation needs while expanding capabilities for more complex compliance scenarios.
